3.Fair Play and Contest Integrity

3.1Prohibited Gameplay Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited during contests and on the Platform:

Automated Play. Using any bot, script, macro, autoclicker, automated input tool, or other software that plays the game or interacts with the Platform on your behalf, whether in whole or in part. All gameplay inputs must be performed manually by the account holder.

Assistance Tools. Using any external tool, application, reference database, word solver, or device that provides real-time assistance during a timed contest. This includes but is not limited to word-finding apps, anagram solvers, screen readers that feed into solving software, and browser extensions. Standard device accessibility features (such as VoiceOver) used for their intended accessibility purpose are permitted.

Collusion. Coordinating, communicating, or conspiring with other participants to manipulate the outcome of a contest or to share information about an active contest before all participants have completed their gameplay.

Account Sharing. Allowing another person to access your account or play contests on your behalf. Each contest entry must be played by the account holder.

Sandbagging. Intentionally performing below your ability in contests to manipulate your skill rating or to gain a competitive advantage in future matchmaking.

Exploiting Bugs. Knowingly exploiting any software bug, glitch, vulnerability, or unintended feature to gain an advantage, inflate scores, or manipulate contest outcomes. If you discover a bug, you must report it to support@deku.net.

3.2Multi-Accounting

Each individual may hold only one account on the Platform. The following are prohibited:

  • Creating a second account for any reason, including after a previous account was suspended or terminated.
  • Using another person's account.
  • Transferring, selling, or purchasing accounts.
  • Operating accounts on behalf of other individuals.

All accounts associated with a multi-accounting violation may be suspended or terminated.

4.Financial Conduct

4.1Authorized Payment Methods

You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are legally owned by you and that you are authorized to use. Depositing funds from a stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment method is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.

4.2Money Laundering and Structuring

The Platform may not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, structuring, or any other financial crime. We monitor transactions for suspicious patterns and report suspicious activity as required by law.

4.3Fraudulent Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate transaction is prohibited. If you have a concern about a transaction, contact support@deku.net before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to collections or law enforcement.

4.4Circumventing Financial Controls

Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, withdrawal restrictions, self-exclusion periods, or other financial controls is prohibited. This includes creating new accounts to bypass limits set on an existing account.

5.Identity and Location

5.1Truthful Information

You must provide truthful and accurate information at all times, including during account registration, identity verification (KYC), and tax information collection. Submitting falsified, altered, or fraudulent identification documents is a serious violation and may be reported to law enforcement.

5.2Location Integrity

You must not use any technology or technique to mask, alter, or misrepresent your physical location. The following are specifically prohibited:

  • Using a virtual private network (VPN) to appear to be in a different location.
  • Using a proxy server to route traffic through a different jurisdiction.
  • Using GPS spoofing software or hardware to falsify your device's reported location.
  • Accessing the Platform through a remote desktop or virtual machine located in a different jurisdiction.

Cash-entry contests may only be played when you are physically present in an Eligible Jurisdiction. Traveling to an Eligible Jurisdiction solely for the purpose of initiating a contest session and then returning to a restricted jurisdiction is permitted, provided that you remain in the Eligible Jurisdiction for the duration of your gameplay session.
